During the sessions, Andy will take a more in-depth look at the tools which make up the 4 points of the programme. By coming along to these online sessions you’ll be able to gain further insight and understanding, not only with regard to how we use the tools for addictive behaviours but also how they can be adapted to be used with many of the life challenges we all face.
